  • Serve as the primary escalation point and hands-on contact for all network and client service issues within the assigned region.
  • Manage a small team of on-site IT professionals, coordinating high-profile technical projects with executive stakeholders and ensuring service delivery excellence.
  • Lead the planning and execution of local network downtimes, ensuring adequate testing, quick recovery, and adherence to global IT standards.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of related experience with a strong technical background in network infrastructure and IT operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead technical teams, including network services and client support staff.
  • Proven experience supporting IP-based networks, WAN technologies, cloud environments, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort interacting with senior-level executives (Directors, VPs).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to active client sites within the US.
