Job summary
Re:Build Manufacturing is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to enhance the technology framework for a productive user experience. This role requires leading the infrastructure team and ensuring systems are secure, available, and scalable.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure management, including expertise in platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS. The position offers a hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Rock Hill, SC.
Compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and shared ownership opportunities, fostering a commitment to community and workplace diversity.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing infrastructure teams.
- Current IT industry certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure team.
- Ensure service levels meet or exceed targets.
- Design, review, and approve infrastructure architectures.
- Oversee all infrastructure operations and processes.
