Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade and improve the site's operating environment for reliability, performance and security.
• Monitor and upkeep operating environments; respond to incidents and plan for growth.
• Design, install, configure and test PC/server OS, networks and related hardware/utilities.
• Support core networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and wireless setups; assist users and teams.
• Assist with security, business continuity, disaster recovery and risk analyses.
