Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud, networks, databases, programming, and data analytics.
• Must have 3.0 GPA and be enrolled as a US college student.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours.
• Must attach unofficial transcript.
• Work term runs Jan 11–May 14, 2027; on-site full-time.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure under guidance.
• Integrate multi-vendor solutions with a vendor-agnostic design.
• Monitor capacity and prepare scalability forecasts.
• Ensure system availability, backups, and recoverability.
• Document designs, configurations, and best practices.
• Collaborate across BMW's global infrastructure network.
• Present infrastructure topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support ITIL processes such as change, incident and configuration management.
• Negotiate scope, schedule, and budget with stakeholders.
• Develop reports to ensure SLAs are met.
