Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• One year of experience in IT infrastructure management and network administration.
• Proficiency in networking, system administration, and cloud technologies.
• Functional knowledge of ISO 27000 or NIST information security management principles.
• Knowledge of Cisco firewall/VPN equipment.
• Expert knowledge of IP services including IPv4, IPv6, VPN, QoS, SNMP, VoIP, and VTC.
• Experience with Email Gateway or IPS/IDS systems.
• Experience with security systems design, planning, or operational support.
• Experience with Unix/RHEL and Windows Enterprise AD; VMware virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and data centers.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimal availability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services (AWS/Azure/GCP) for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers; enforce security policies.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other relevant regulations; pursue automation where feasible.
