Job summary

Syncreon Consulting in Plano, TX is seeking an IT Infrastructure Asset and Contract Manager who is Korean bilingual. This role will oversee IT asset management, contract lifecycles, and vendor relationships within enterprise IT and data center environments.

You will translate technical requirements into procurement specs, collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and service providers, and ensure renewals and maintenance agreements are properly managed.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure operations, ITAM, ITSM, or a related field.
• Experience working with enterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments.
• Experience managing IT hardware/software contracts, maintenance agreements, and renewals.
• Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM); knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.
• Experience managing technology vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management.
• Experience working across IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business, procurement, and vendor requirements.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, contract management, or asset management platforms.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
