Job Title: IT Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Range: up to $60.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Manage Active Directory accounts, groups, and distribution lists across multiple zones
• Support and maintain Windows Server Operating systems, including installation, patching, and upgrades
• Interact with internal customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Manage VMware vCenter VM environments and HPE server hardware (DL380/360)
• Support hardware and software installations, including server racking, cabling, and OS setup

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with Windows Server administration and support
• Strong troubleshooting skills, both remotely and in-person
• Experience managing HPE server hardware and firmware upgrades
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and networking troubleshooting
