Job summary
A growing global Printing Manufacturer is seeking an Information Systems & Technology Manager in La Crosse, Wisconsin, to oversee the IT functions and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, at least five years of experience with technologies and systems, and a strong understanding of enterprise integration. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively manage IT infrastructure ensuring optimum performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in information systems or technologies.
Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital transformation projects.
Experience with ERP/MRP required.
Experience in end-user interaction or Help Desk preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for Information Systems and IT functions.
Analyze business processes to design and implement software solutions.
Manage IT infrastructure for high availability and performance.
Establish and maintain IT governance, policies, and cybersecurity controls.
Skills
Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of SQL
Knowledge in building and deploying complex web systems
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to simplify technical concepts
Education
