Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years of related IT leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; professional certification a plus.
• Experience with enterprise security, audits, and regulatory compliance in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Information Systems/Technology department to ensure efficient system delivery for internal users and members.
• Act as Information Security Officer, overseeing risk, compliance, and incident response.
• Manage electronic storage, disaster recovery plans, vendor risk, and system improvements.
