Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking an Infor XA ERP Specialist to own and optimize the Infor XA environment for a manufacturing client. You’ll lead reporting and BI initiatives, align ERP configuration with business goals, and drive improvements across operations, production, purchasing, and finance.

This role blends ERP administration with analytics, requiring hands-on work, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and the ability to partner with leaders to translate needs into robust system solutions,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment, with Infor XA / XA10 preferred but open to other ERP backgrounds
• Strong Power BI skills, including building and maintaining dashboards and reports, plus SQL or data analysis experience
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, finance, or operations processes
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently

Responsibilities

• Own the Infor XA environment end to end, including configuration, maintenance, security, performance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Partner with operations, production, purchasing, project management, and finance to translate business requirements into system solutions and drive process improvements
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, developing ERP queries and reporting outputs tied to defined KPIs
• Ensure data integrity between ERP and reporting environments while improving data accessibility and visualization across the organization
• Train end users on ERP functionality, maintain system documentation, and act as the internal SME for ERP and business intelligence systems
