Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Manufacturing ERP & Enterprise Applications Manager to own the ERP environment (Infor XA) and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize ERP functionality, lead upgrades, and ensure data integrity.

The role requires 10+ years in IT applications with strong ERP and manufacturing experience, plus vendor management and governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT applications experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong ERP experience, with preference for Infor XA, IBM i, or similar manufacturing-focused ERP.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major business transformations.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations.
• Experience evaluating and integrating enterprise applications and data architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the ERP environment (Infor XA).
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize ERP functionality.
• Lead ERP support, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and complex issue resolution.
• Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal controls.
• Develop and lead the ERP roadmap, including future ERP platform evaluation and implementation.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards and KPIs.
