Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance
• Must be willing to obtain CI Poly
• IAT Level II or IAM Level II certification
• 5–7 years of related experience
• SAP experience required
• Experience in DoD environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish complex operational software configuration controls and system interfaces.
• Maintain file servers, firewalls, network access, security monitoring systems, and required system documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance.
• Prepare systems for operational use and support operational tests.
• Perform hardware and software system configurations, upgrades, and modifications.
• Perform system and network appliance patching activities.
• Video-Teleconferencing system administration, scheduling, and configuration.
• Manage user accounts across multiple authorization boundaries.
• Provide external information system client support.
• Support Government-issued laptops and Help Desk activities.
