The University of Maine System is seeking a collaborative and experienced IT Human Resources Subject Matter Analyst to support and enhance the systems that drive Human Capital Management (HCM) across our campuses. This role plays a critical role in aligning HR technology with institutional needs, ensuring our platforms, such as PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting, effectively support recruiting, payroll, benefits, and time & labor functions.
As a key liaison among IT, HR, and Payroll departments, you'll work across functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. If you're passionate about using technology to improve operations and enjoy working with diverse teams, we invite you to apply.
This position has the option of being remote or located at one of the University locations throughout the state. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, with occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.

Salary and Benefits
The hiring range for this full-time, regular position is $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. For current UMS employees, the salary will also take into consideration existing pay for transfer or promotion.
