Crowned Grace International seeks a highly skilled IT Human Capital Management Support professional to join our team as a Senior Program Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of manpower, performance management, workforce planning, and human capital management, and is critical in driving the effectiveness of our personnel programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance on manpower, performance management, workforce planning, and human capital management within the Department of Defense.
  2. Utilize a comprehensive understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs, including the regulations and policies that govern these programs.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance strategies that align with the Defense Health Agency's mission and objectives.
  4. Manage and support various human capital initiatives and projects, ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in human capital management, proposing improvements to systems and processes as needed.
  6. Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint for creating reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  7. Foster effective communication and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns related to human capital management.

Requirements

  1. Comprehensive knowledge of manpower, performance management, workforce planning, and human capital management principles and practices.
  2. Required understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force personnel and manpower programs, including relevant regulations.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  4. Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desirable.
  5. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective interpersonal abilities.
