Florence-Darlington Technical College is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot campus IT assets and support faculty and students with Audio Visual and IT issues. The role requires an Associate's degree in a related field with A+ certification preferred and experience in IT support.
The workweek is 37.5 hours, typically Monday through Thursday with a Friday half-day. Applicants should be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and hold a valid US
Maintain, Repair and Troubleshoot all IT assets on FDTC Campus. Help and support IT services for FDTC employees and student with Audio Visual and IT issue in person or via telephone.

Minimum Requirements:
Associates Degree in Network Systems Management or other closely related field. A+ Certification is preferred. Will consider relevant work experience in the IT support field.
As stated under minimum requirements plus strong customer service skills. Able to repair PC hardware and install network software on all models of computer assets. Able to support both employees and students with technology problems. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, crawl under desk and lift items that weigh as much as 40 lbs. on occasion. Must have a current US driver's License.
Anticipated Work Hours:
Thirty-seven and one-half hours (37.5) per week, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm; Fridays, 8:00 am - 11:30 am
