Job summary

Zeeco is seeking a proactive IT Desktop Support Technician based near Stamford, CT, to deliver first-line IT support across the business. You will ensure employees have reliable access to systems, applications, hardware, and services while resolving issues remotely and in person.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and MS 365 problems; configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers; managing user accounts and access permissions;

Qualifications

  • Experience providing first- and second-line IT support in a business environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with a proactive approach.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT service management systems.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routers, switches, and wireless technologies.
  • Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex issues where required and work with senior IT staff or external vendors to ensure successful resolution.
  • Follow IT policies, security standards, and best practices to maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.
