City Electric Supply is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to serve as the first point of contact for internal employees nationwide, handling Tier I hardware and third‑party software issues. You will gather information, diagnose root causes, and resolve common problems at the first level of contact.
The role emphasizes strong customer service, clear communication, and collaboration with the Service Desk Team. Onsite opportunities may be available as part of a growing, nationwide company.

As a Help Desk Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for internal City Electric Supply employees across the country, handling Tier I hardware and third‑party software support requests. You're accountable for gathering information from the customer, digging into the root cause, and resolving known issues right at the first level of contact.
