Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in analyzing and reporting on systems and objectives through research and a basic understanding of business systems.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Assists in preparing detailed reporting from which improvements will be driven.
  • Analyzes issues, identifies the process area with performance gaps and supports the teams in resolving them.
  • Assists in the analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing system logic.
  • Develops and maintains regular reporting in the form of scorecards and KPI reports.
  • Supports the testing of the systems to ensure that the requirements are met.
  • Provides reports/data to more experienced Analysts for determining system integrity.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $20.64 USD-$48.38 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
