Job summary

America’s CAR-MART, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist 1 to join our team. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment, growth opportunities, and a starting compensation of $38,760 per year.

You’ll develop skills while supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure components that drive our business, including PC setup, networking, software deployment, security systems, and IP/VM technologies. AAAAAAA

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome!

Responsibilities

• Apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas: PC setup and troubleshooting, Networking, Software deployment, Security systems (alarms and DVRs), Shoretel phone systems, IP phone technology, Virtual Machine (VM) environments.
• Participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Compensation: Starting at $38,760
