WEC Energy Group, based in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an IT GRC Administrator to support security governance, risk and compliance across IT/OT and physical security. The role offers hybrid work options with time split between remote and on-site in Milwaukee.

The ideal candidate will manage risk assessments, vendor risk, and remediation governance, leveraging strong knowledge of cybersecurity risks and policy controls. The position is within the IT Infrastructure family and may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Background investigation for NERC CIP 004 compliance.
• Experience administering security governance, risk and compliance solutions.
• Experience with creating and modifying workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity risks and risk management methods.
• Experience with security policy, standards, and controls definition.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across business areas and functions.
• Experience with IT/OT/physical security metrics.

Responsabilités

• Knowledgeable of applications, programs and procedures used for IT/OT cybersecurity and physical security and applies that technical knowledge and general business acumen to conceive durable GRC solutions aligned with security strategy, meeting immediate business needs.
• Identify business related security risks and support requirements to inform leadership in developing strategic plans and project management requirements.
• Supports leadership through governance risk and compliance metrics, measures and reports.
• Acts as a liaison to all stakeholders to track educate, align and advise on the risk associated with enterprise security (IT/OT/physical) and components.
• Utilizes working technical knowledge of systems, equipment, and supporting applications to support the business and enterprise as a whole.
• Maintains key performance and process metrics to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, procedures, and systems.
• Effectively uses various forms of communication to successfully perform job duties.
• Builds productive working relationships internally and externally. Works with clients to gain familiarity with business processes and how technology acts as an enabler to those processes.
• May require travel to other locations.
