GENERAL FUNCTION:

Perform supply chain cybersecurity governance and program management related to third party services, contractors and secure operations within cleanroom environments. Conduct research, design, and administration of cybersecurity governance program methodologies and processes in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures to enable effective implementation and compliance across the organization. Design and execute training and communication plans to enhance organizational understanding and awareness of governance program. Provide oversight, testing, and reporting to ensure adherence to program requirements and standards. Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks through integrations with partner control functions. Coordinate and lead external examination and regulatory agency reporting activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the governance program through creation and maintenance of methodology, processes, and documentation helping to ensure objectives, purpose, and roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined.
  • Lead the analysis, oversight, and reporting of adherence to governance program
  • Lead the development and presentation of education and training materials
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to continue to evolve and mature the governance program
  • Partner in development and execution of cross-program integrations
  • Participate in governance guild to help create an environment of collaboration, co-creation, and open sharing of guidelines and best practices by all SMEs and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership through cross-training and upskilling of team and stakeholders
  • Utilize and develop proficiency with governance tool set
  • Lead the ongoing maturation and development of the governance tool set by driving the creation of program requirements for enhancements and new features
  • Keep current with trends and benchmarking in governance practices across industries

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership through influence and collaboration
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving required
  • Demonstrate effective coaching and upskilling or peers and business partners
  • One or more of the following professional certifications CISA, CRISC, CGEIT
  • Experience with industry standards frameworks (e.g. COBIT, NIST, DCAM, ISO, etc…)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or process improvement (Six Sigma)
  • Act and communicate with discretion and confidentiality when required
  • Participate in internal and external initiatives or discussion groups to monitor and address emerging issues within assigned areas of expertise
  • Ability to maintain independence and objectivity in execution of oversight and reporting activities
  • Ability to understand complex issues, develop meaningful analyses, and assist in the overall remediation
  • Proactive individual with a "can do" attitude and a demonstrated track record of success
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative to learn, develop skills, seek feedback, and improve existing processes and reporting
  • Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools (SAS, Tableau, Python, etc...)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite
  • 8+ years work experience and/or undergraduate degree preferred
