Job summary

ICF Olson is pursuing a Systems Analyst role focused on architecture governance, security, and program management for federal clients. This position supports ARB materials, ADRs, and governance artifacts to ensure repeatable, auditable processes across the program. The role requires U.S.

citizenship, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and alignment with contract requirements. Remote work is possible, with travel as needed to meet client obligations.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience maintaining governance artifacts and ADRs.
• Knowledge of federal security controls and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain architecture governance artifacts, decision logs, ARB materials, and ADRs.
• Support development and maintenance of exception registers, compliance documents, and governance reports.
• Coordinate security documentation requests and collect audit evidence for assessments.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and due dates with visibility to the PM and stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture outputs, document decisions, and record actions.
• Produce governance metrics and recurring status reports for leadership.
