Job summary

Edgewater Federal Solutions, Albuquerque location, seeks a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and interview IT and Professional Services professionals for current and future roles. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance across the recruiting process.

The role requires experience with ATS, strong communication, and the ability to build a robust talent network while supporting HR and Marketing functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or 4 years recruiting experience in lieu of degree.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment (e.g., tracking calls, interviews, and placements).
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Ability to screen candidates to meet position requirements.
• Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews.
• Proficiency in proactive sourcing methods (cold calling, networking, Internet sourcing).
• Ability to maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to articulate job descriptions and required skills.
• Ability to build social media and network presence for openings.

Responsibilities

• Find talented IT and Professional Services professionals for current and future positions at Edgewater Federal Solutions.
• Source, search, screen resumes, and interview candidates.
• Appropriately disposition candidates in the compliance recruiting system.
• Expand the company's talent pipeline.
• Support HR and Business Development/Marketing as needed.
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods based on role and market.
• Assist with job postings and advertisements.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Assist with interview process with managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on offer details: salary ranges, start dates, and other details.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
