Seed Junky is seeking a motivated, technically skilled, and resourceful IT Generalist to manage, maintain, and continuously improve the technology systems supporting our growing organization.
This is not a traditional help desk position. We are looking for someone who understands how business technology works together and is excited to take ownership of the systems, applications, websites, security practices, and technology infrastructure that keep our operations running.
Initially, this individual will work closely with our existing third-party IT agency to learn our technology environment, understand current processes, and gradually transition responsibilities in-house. Over time, the goal is to build a more self-sufficient, organized, secure, and efficient internal IT operation.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands‑on IT experience, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and experience managing business software, websites, and technology platforms. They should be comfortable learning unfamiliar systems, working independently, documenting procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve operations through technology and automation.
We are particularly interested in someone who understands the growing role of artificial intelligence in business and can help us responsibly introduce AI tools, automate repetitive processes, and improve operational efficiency.
This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of a company's technology environment and grow into a broader systems administration or IT leadership role.
