Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience supporting G&A business applications in pharma/biotech is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support HCP Engagement and Global Compliance activities.
• Lead test script creation, user testing, and user documentation for systems.
• Promote IT process improvements and governance with cross-functional partners.
