Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare division seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT leaders and drive financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the IT organization.

Responsibilities include managing IT opex and capex, analyzing monthly variances, leading annual budgeting, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic investments and performance. 40 hours/week, full-time, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, budgeting and forecasting focus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and with finance principles.
• Excellent communication across levels, including senior management.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred; Netsuite experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (operating expenses and capital investments).
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances with commentary.
• Lead annual IT budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategy.
• Track project spend, resource utilization, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT spend.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close activities and variance analysis.
• Act as finance partner to IT leadership, delivering insights for decision-making.
• Prepare weekly and monthly IT/functional financial reporting for leadership.
