Job summary

Gr8ttek in Boston is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services across client products, with troubleshooting and repair activities guided by department and company guidelines.

You will perform service calls, manage asset control, and complete administrative tasks while delivering clear communication and strong customer service. A valid driver's license and basic repair toolkit are required.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or equivalent is required, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to client locations.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and convert this capability to field assignments.

Gr8ttek is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor the Field Specialist will perform a variety of hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must possess the ability to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. Position may require the exercise of moderately complex analytical skills and to make decisions based on established department and company guidelines.

• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
• Must own a basic repair tool kit
