Position Overview: We are seeking a regular Field Specialist to join our Infrastructure Delivery team. Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on various client products. Candidates should be capable of basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs, with the ability to make decisions based on established guidelines.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Managing control and return of assets and inventory
• Providing functional guidance to colleagues when needed

Benefits:

• $40 per call / $5 per call per diem

Additional Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical school certification or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with valid registration and insurance
• Own a basic repair toolkit
