Gr8ttek is seeking a part-time Field Specialist to support its Infrastructure Delivery team in Hawaii. The role involves hardware-focused break/fix services at client locations, with reporting to the Territory Supervisor.

The candidate must perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities per department guidelines. This position offers Dell/Lenovo certification training at no cost and a per-call pay structure.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field hardware break/fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.

• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues

Requirements

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations
• Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
• Must own a basic repair tool kit
