Job summary

Caring for Portland, LLC is seeking a part-time IT & Facilities Support Coordinator to assist with tech and building needs. Perfect for a college student who enjoys variety, learns fast, and is eager to jump in with curiosity.

No experience is required—training is provided, and hours flex around school schedules. You’ll support staff, manage inventory, and assist with projects while growing practical skills in IT and facilities.

  • Provide basic tech troubleshooting and support for staff.
  • Assist with light building maintenance and repairs.
  • Help coordinate and execute property improvement projects.
  • Jump in wherever needed across IT and facilities - no two days look the same.

POSITION SUMMARY

The IT & Facilities Support Coordinator is our go-to problem-solver for all things tech and building-related; from a glitchy laptop to a leaky faucet to a storage closet in need of taming. This part-time role is perfect for a college student who likes variety, learns fast, and enjoys figuring things out. No experience necessary - just curiosity and a willingness to jump in.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Comfortable with computers and general tech - no IT degree required, but great experience if you're working toward one
  • Handy, resourceful, and not afraid of a little manual work
  • Reliable, organized, and a strong communicator
  • Available 15-20 flexible hours per week around a school schedule
  • No prior experience necessary - we'll teach you the rest

  • Administrative experience in a related specialty such as accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, sales, marketing, business development, staffing, recruiting, care coordination, compliance, office or business management, human resources, or operations
  • Background in senior care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or in-home care
