What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front by guiding application teams with clear direction, mentorship, and deep technical expertise

- Own the application by serving as the primary expert for assigned systems, driving design, build, optimization, and long‑term success

Education Requirements
- Required: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree
Experience That Will Make You Shine
- 5 years of healthcare IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years of healthcare IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with an Associate’s Degree
- 9 years of healthcare IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred: Epic implementation experience
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
Certifications
- Certification in Epic’s Grand Central application required (and maintained per Epic guidelines).
