Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Manager, IT Engineering to lead the Enterprise Applications and Application Development team. You will guide performance, career development, and hiring while transitioning to a platform-focused delivery model across NetSuite, UKG, and connected systems.

You will partner with Product Owners to translate backlog into sprint commitments within a SAFe framework, manage capacity, and ensure high-quality enterprise solutions. Some travel to HQ may be required.

Qualifications

5+ years leading a software application development or engineering team.
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, UKG, HubSpot, or comparable ERP/CRM/HCM systems.
Experience transitioning a generalist team to platform-specialist delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the Enterprise Applications and Application Development team, including performance management and hiring.
Transition the team from generalist to specialist aligned to platform domains.
Set design standards and ensure solution quality across enterprise apps including NetSuite, UKG, and connected systems.
Collaborate with Product Owners to translate backlog into sprint commitments and manage capacity tradeoffs.
Lead SAFe agile delivery, including sprint planning and Program Increment planning.
