Rho, the modern fintech banking platform, is hiring an IT Engineer to own the technology backbone for the SF office and distributed team. You'll be the go-to person for employee IT support, device and identity management, and the systems that help Rho move fast.

This hands-on, in-office role in SF is ideal for someone who loves solving problems for colleagues and building scalable IT operations at a high-growth fintech, with opportunities to build processes and collaborate with Security, People,

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support/IT operations in a fast-paced startup.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows administration with MDM and SSO.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for employee IT support with fast, friendly resolution.
• Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including provisioning, MDM, and offboarding.
• Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack).
• Manage the NYC office IT infrastructure—networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
• Build and document IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources that scale as Rho grows.
• Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management.
• Lead IT onboarding for new hires and ensure a seamless day-one experience.
