Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an IT Engineer I to support and maintain end-user systems, identity platforms, and core IT services in a distributed, cloud-first environment. You will partner with Helpdesk and senior IT staff to resolve issues, deploy solutions, and improve IT workflows while building technical skills across endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, user experience, and adherence to documented processes.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in systems administration or a related technical role.
• Remote or distributed environment experience.
• Experience with identity and access management concepts (SSO, provisioning/deprovisioning).
• Office 365 administration; macOS and Windows hardware support.
• Scripting ability (Bash/PowerShell/Python) and basic automation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex end-user issues.
• Administer identity, access management, and SSO platforms; manage user provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Manage endpoint devices using MDM tools to ensure secure, consistent user experience.
• Execute onboarding/offboarding workflows per documented processes and compliance.
• Support rollout and adoption of new software tools and systems.
• Troubleshoot SaaS apps, Office 365, and endpoint hardware/software.
• Support remote employees across a distributed workforce.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest systemic process improvements.
• Create and maintain IT documentation for operations and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new IT systems under guidance.
• Use scripting to automate tasks where applicable.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Position Summary

TheITEngineer Iisan IT professional responsible for supporting andmaintainingend-user systems, identity platforms, and core IT services in a distributed, cloud-first environment. This role focuses on operational excellence, user experience, and execution of established processes while building deeper technical skills across endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation. The IT Engineer Ipartnersclosely with Helpdesk, IT Engineer II and III staff, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, deploy solutions, and continuously improve IT workflows and documentation.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary escalation point forthe Helpdesk team for advanced end-user issues requiring deeper technical investigation
• Support day-to-day administration of identity, access management, and SSO platforms, including user provisioning and deprovisioning
• Assistin managing endpoint devices using MDM tools to ensurea secure, consistent user experience
• Execute onboarding and offboarding workflowsin accordance withdocumented processes and compliance requirements
• Partner with internal teams to support the rollout and adoption of new software tools and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SaaS applications, Office 365, and endpoint hardware/software
• Support remote employees across a distributed workforce, ensuringtimelyand effective issue resolution
• Contribute to process improvements byidentifyingrecurring issues and recommending systemic solutions
• Create andmaintainend-user and internal IT documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing
• Assistwith deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new IT systems under the guidance of senior engineers
• Utilize basic scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python) to support automation and task efficiency where applicable
• Participate in off-hours or on-call support rotations asrequired

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in systems administration, or a related technical role
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus ontimely, high-quality problem resolution
• Hands-on experience supporting end users in aremote or distributed environment
• Working knowledge of:
• Identity and access management concepts
• SaaS application support and administration
• Endpoint management using an MDM solution
• Experience withOffice 365administration and troubleshooting
• Experience supportingMac hardware and macOS
• Experience supporting Windows hardware and OS
• Familiarity with user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows in an SSO platform (e.g., Okta, OneLogin, Auth0)
• Exposure to ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk or similar
• Basic scripting ability inBash, PowerShell, Python, or similar(ordemonstratedinterest in developing these skills)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

New York, NY Salary Range

$92,000—$115,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range

$84,400—$105,500 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range

$76,800—$96,000 USD
