Job summary

ICS, a Texas‑based technology company, seeks an IT Engineer to join a team delivering Managed IT, VoIP, Video Conferencing and related solutions across San Antonio, Houston, and Austin.

You will design and install computer hardware, troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues, install and maintain enterprise‑grade security systems, respond to general technology support requests, and train staff at client sites on new hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of computer systems, OS systems, programming languages, database systems, and security systems.
• Ability to project manage with strong communication skills.
