Terrestris LLC is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Tester) to support the IRS Criminal Investigations CI CMSS & U.S. Windows Client OS Support at the IRS test lab in Florence, Kentucky, with a planned relocation to Covington, Kentucky.

The role involves structured validation and testing of Windows-based hardware, software, and endpoint-management solutions, maintaining test environments, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs and IRS/CI security controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows enterprise endpoint management or testing.
• Experience with MECM/Intune/GP/PowerShell required.
