Job Description
We are searching for an IT Director, Manufacturing Sites IT Product Engineering located in Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Jacksonville, FL; San Angelo, TX; or Coppell, TX.
The IT Director, Product Engineering and Manufacturing, Labs and Logistics (MLL) Site Services Leader will guide MLL Site Service Delivery Leaders in North America. Through collaboration with Service Owners and product groups, this role is responsible for defining solutions and delivering capabilities that integrate core technology products. The incumbent should possess prior experience in developing and deploying Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory solutions, as well as experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics operations. Additionally, this position requires expertise in leading cross-functional teams to promptly resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and leadership of end-to-end solutioning, product/program road maps, planning, execution, and oversight of work across the SCT Make and Deliver product portfolio of programs. The individual will collaborate closely with Product Group Leaders, Head of Technology Leaders, Business Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, OT and ISRM leaders, and TS leaders to deliver capabilities that drive business outcomes.
- The position holder will have comprehensive accountability and responsibility for technology delivery, which encompasses business systems, IT infrastructure, organizational readiness, and operational delivery in alignment with project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Ensures high reliability and up-time of the products in operation. Works with Technology Services to continually improve the service levels and reliability.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, engineering, or manufacturing operations or Supply chain operations
Required Years Of Related Experience
- 10-12 years of complex program management including Supply Chain / Manufacturing operations, IT product Design, engineering and Support
- Experience in GxP environment.
- Required knowledge on the technical concepts, prominent and emerging industry solutions, services, and methodologies regarding one or more of:
- IT landscape that supports the manufacturing engineering and operations
- Manufacturing Execution Systems platforms, cloud based /API solutions
- Industry 4.0 including IoT and sensors
- Advanced manufacturing technology (e.g., AR/VR/XR, Augmented visual inspections, 3-D printing, personalized medicine)
- Experience in the integration with other echo systems is highly preferred
- Experience in optimizing processes and delivering upon cost reduction challenges
- Experience in IT infrastructure delivery, application development and support
- Experience in managing a team of IT specialists

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$146,000 to $251,850
Additional Description For Pay Transparency
Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
- Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
- Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
- Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
