Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Digital Transformation Coordinator to support our IT & Digital Transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with an affinity for technology and strong communication skills. The coordinator will work closely with various departments to drive digital transformation projects forward, ensuring that action items are tracked and completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Organize and facilitate meetings related to digital transformation initiatives.
  2. Maintain and update action items and task lists.
  3. Foster a digital transformation mindset by giving presentations and communicating internally to all stakeholders.
  4. Assist in the digitalization of business processes and maintain and update use cases and business cases for digital transformation.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to ensure project milestones are met.
  6. Support internal communication under the guidance of our Senior Vice President of Shared Services.
  7. Support various departments with their digital transformation needs.
Qualifications
  1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Affinity for technology and digital tools.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
