Job summary

Polaris is seeking an on-site IT and digital enablement leader for its Apparel Center of Excellence, Teton Outfitters, in Rigby, Idaho. You will guide day-to-day IT operations, collaborate on a practical digital strategy and product roadmap, and own delivery for a 24/7 global organization with a dotted line to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years IT team management experience in a global setting.
• Experience supporting SAP and/or NetSuite ERP systems.
• Experience operating within a matrixed, global IT organization.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management from concept through release.
• Broad information services knowledge across apps, devices, networks, and security.
• Experience implementing packaged or custom software solutions (CAD, PLM, CRM, ERP, WMS, SCM).
• Exposure to NetSuite ERP, SAP, Centric PLM, HighJump WMS, Shopify, and SCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure visible, reliable IT service delivery with SLAs, metrics, and dashboards.
• Lead a team of 5 plus shared resources and external contractors.
• Partner with leaders to shape and execute a digital strategy and roadmap.
• Staff and resource digital/IT initiatives; manage vendors and delivery.
• Establish budgets, outcomes, and delivery plans for prioritized work.
• Drive product delivery practices and refine team methodologies.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements and backlog items.
• Facilitate agile delivery activities and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate feedback, maintain roadmap, and manage releases across stakeholders.
• Lead IT project management and change management efforts.
• Monitor status post-release and drive continuous improvement.
