Reports To: Sr. Manager, GTS Adoption & Community Enablement

Location: Remote (USA business hours)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Analyst to join our Global Technology Solutions team. This role will focus on enhancing user experience and driving adoption of enterprise applications through WalkMe solutions. You will partner with application owners to design and implement in-app guidance tools that improve productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with application owners to align WalkMe solutions with adoption goals.
• Build and deploy guided help tools (e.g., tooltips, onboarding flows, task lists) directly within applications.
• Provide expertise on leveraging WalkMe to enhance user onboarding and workflow efficiency.
• Train and support teams on WalkMe best practices; develop user documentation and learning resources.
• Analyze adoption metrics and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure proper configuration and performance.
• Stay up-to-date on WalkMe innovations and digital adoption trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• WalkMe Builder Certification required.
• 3+ years in a digital adoption or user experience role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Ariba, Veeva).
• Remote role; must be available during U.S. business hours.
