What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an internal consultant, providing analytical insights and strategic recommendations to IT and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key IT and business stakeholders for effective collaboration
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for complex issues, partnering with stakeholders to identify solutions
- Coach product teams on application interdependencies and documentation for better cross-functional understanding
- Report key findings and recommendations to C-suite leadership and relevant stakeholders to align on action plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in IT/technology-related areas
- 5+ years of experience in an advisory capacity, including IT consulting and process management
- Proven experience managing stakeholders and serving as an IT liaison across multiple business functions
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and foundational business principles
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree preferred
- Previous IT consulting experience
- Experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
