Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking an IT Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard and optimize ServiceNow environments for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). You will implement robust security controls, maintain SSP/POA&Ms, and support the ATO process in a multi-environment setup.

The role requires a BS in a technical field, 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, a current Secret clearance, and strong knowledge of NIST and RMF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in cybersecurity.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding of NIST, RMF, and ServiceNow security capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow security controls (RBAC, ACLs, data segregation across IL4/IL5 and IL2/IL3/CUI).
• Maintain SSP, POA&Ms, and RMF artifacts.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, incident response planning, and continuous monitoring for ServiceNow security.
• Support the Authority to Operate (ATO) process and continuous monitoring of ServiceNow.
• Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow configurations, security systems, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to DoD, DCMA security standards with documentation and risk management.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate security into development and operations.

Position Overview

OWT Global LLC, a veteran-owned small business specializing in technical solutions, is seeking experienced IT Cybersecurity Specialists to safeguard and optimize ServiceNow cloud-based environments for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). You will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity controls across the Blue List Program and the workplace. Positions are contingent upon award of contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow security controls, including Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), Access Control Lists (ACLs), and data segregation between IL4/IL5 and IL2/IL3/CUI environments.
• Continuously maintain a comprehensive System Security Plan (SSP), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and all required RMF artifacts.
• Conduct vulnerability scans, incident response planning, incident response activities, and continuous monitoring activities related to ServiceNow security.
• Support the full Authority to Operate (ATO) process and continuous monitoring of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow platform configurations, security systems, and industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, DoD, and DCMA security standards, including detailed documentation, mapping, and risk management activities.
• Collaborate with program teams to integrate security into all development and operational activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in cybersecurity.
• Relevant professional certification (CISSP, Security+, or equivalent preferred).
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding of NIST, RMF, and ServiceNow security capabilities.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience implementing DoD cloud architecture and maintaining strict data segregation in multi-tenant security environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, Security Incident Response, and integration with DoD identity and access management systems.
• Experience producing and maintaining SSP and RMF artifacts.

Clearance & Citizenship

• Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
