Impact Networking is seeking a Project Manager in our PMO to own end-to-end delivery of IT and cybersecurity projects for fixed-fee engagements. You will balance client partnership with governance, proactively manage risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes across multiple projects.

This client-facing role requires 3+ years in IT/project management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong budget/schedule management. PMP or CAPM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in IT/cybersecurity/tech services.
• Proven success managing fixed-scope (fixed-fee) projects.
• Strong budget and schedule management skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent IT and cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.
• Lead project planning including scope definition and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budget tracking.
• Monitor financial performance and variance analysis.
• Serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Manage project risks through proactive identification and mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
