Job summary

Mosaic is seeking an IT Cybersecurity Lead to oversee daily operations of User Administration and SAP Security, driving processes from provisioning to audit readiness. You will partner with IT and business units on project support and compliance activities.

The role requires senior-level expertise, 8+ years in IT security, and familiarity with SAP security. Strong leadership and Microsoft 365 experience are required, with CISSP/CISA preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related IT security/operations experience.

• Experience with SAP user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the User Administration and SAP Security teams to improve productivity.
• Participate in compliance audits for user administration and access management.
• Provide User Access and SAP Security support for IT projects across Mosaic.
• Design and monitor processes for user administration and SAP security, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access rights management, reporting, and auditing.
• Monitor workload and ensure SLA adherence for the User Administration and SAP Security teams.

Job description

The IT Cybersecurity Lead is responsible for the daily operation of Mosaic Global User Administration, and Application security team. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, designing, managing, and monitoring work processes for the User Administration and SAP security teams; ensuring adherence to established service level agreements; investigating and resolving customer inquiries and complaints; and working with teams across IT and the business to provide operational planning and execution support for user admin and SAP security need in support of IT projects.

What will you do?

• Lead and coach the User Administration and SAP Security teams developing personal and team productivity.
• Participate in the compliance audit processes covering user administration and access management.
• Engage with IT project teams to provide User Access and SAP Security support.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive process governing user administration and SAP security across Mosaic covering user access provisioning, de-provisioning, access rights management, reporting and auditing.
• Lead the monitoring of work load and ensure SLA adherence of the User Administration and SAP Security teams.

What do you need for this role?

• Associates Degree required, major in Computer and Information Science, or Management Information Systems. Bachelors Degree preferred.
