Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a junior IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) analyst who will support risk assessments, control reviews, and documentation gathering. You will coordinate escalations and help maintain scalable GRC workflows as programs grow.

Strong writing, detail orientation, and project management experience are essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelors degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027; travel up to 10%

What You Will Do:

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience working in the Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) space
• Experience performing risk assessments or risk analysis
• Experience with compliance frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, ITGC, HIPAA, & UK Cyber Essentials
• Exposure working with policies and procedures
• Experience working in cross-functional or distributed teams

The annual salary range for this position is $56,000.00-$94,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
