Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, VA seeks a Project Manager to design, implement, and maintain strategic IT programs supporting corporate strategy, including large DoD network deployments. You will mentor teams and drive initiatives with minimal direction.

You should have 5+ years as a technical IT or cybersecurity project manager, experience with Navy networks, and a valid clearance. You will lead cross-functional teams and align milestones with organizational goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a technical IT or cybersecurity project manager.
Experience managing large-scale DoD network deployments.
Experience leading teams, including managing resources and deliverables.
Experience leading and managing project teams, including providing clear direction and support.
Experience supporting U.S. Navy network and system cyber operations teams.
Knowledge of Navy organizational structure, operational processes, mission requirements, and military terminology.
Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies.
Ability to manage schedules and tasks for implementations, deployments, and operations.
Secret clearance required.
HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain strategic IT programs in support of corporate strategy.
Mentor and supervise team members while guiding project execution.
Lead project planning, milestones, and deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams.
Support Navy/DoD cyber operations initiatives and ensure alignment with security requirements.
