Rosendin is seeking an IT Customer Success Manager to drive measurable success metrics, oversee retention, risk management, and ensure executive satisfaction with IT services.

You will build long-lasting relationships with mid- and senior-level leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives using Lean/Agile methodologies to maximize ROI and value for Rosendin's projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
Engineering, Industrial, Healthcare, Military or Construction Project/Program Management experience is preferred.
Experience with IT Customer Success Management, SCRUM or Lean is a plus.

Responsabilités

Develop a standard of success metrics and a plan to improve them over time.
Manage risk and ensure management is satisfied with IT services.
Build long-lasting relationships and act as moderator when needed to align stakeholders.
Utilize analytics tools to track ROI and demonstrate value to executives.

YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

Our IT Customer Success Manager is responsible for creating a standard of success metrics, developing a plan to increase those metrics over time, while also maintaining department employee retention, managing risk, and ensuring management is satisfied with our service in general. You will be building long-lasting relationships and may need to act as a moderator at times to ensure everyone's successful at Rosendin.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This role requires extensive experience in lean / agile / SCRUM management methodologies
Experience with software development / implementation lifecycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required – will be interacting regularly with mid-senior level executives.
Organization is key, ability to schedule meetings, create effective agendas that lead to actionable decisions is imperative.
Experience with analytics tools and ability to show ROI and value adds to C-level execs. Must be able to track & analyze your own success metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Autodesk Software
Experience with Material Tracking, Supply Chain Management and Procurement Software

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Construction Management, Engineering or related field
Engineering, Industrial, Healthcare, Military or Construction Project/Program Management experience is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, Project Management or applicable field required, ideally with an emphasis on Customer Success Management, SCRUM, Lean (or similar) experience is preferred
Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

TRAVEL:

Up to 20%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
