Performs unit, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to verify that solutions meet functional, security, compliance, and business continuity requirements. Supports data quality, reconciliation, validation, and exception reporting for integrations that exchange member, account, loan, payment, and operational data.

  • Production Support & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoots incidents and production issues by performing root-cause analysis, reviewing logs, validating data flows, coordinating with vendors, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Participates in occasional after-hours maintenance, deployments, incident response, or vendor coordination when required to support production systems.

  • Documentation & Governance: Maintains technical documentation including requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, API/service documentation, configuration details, runbooks, test evidence, change records, and support procedures.
