Position Summary:

The IT Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful deployment, integration, and configuration of software and hardware solutions across the organization or at client sites. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless implementation of IT systems that support business operations and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Leading efforts to counter security breaches and anticipating and reducing the likelihood of future security alerts, incidents, and disasters.
• Provide leadership and manage the work activities of direct reports in the area of application selection, implementation, and operation, specifically Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications that include new solutions and enhancement of existing systems.
• Collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff

Required Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor e29s degree in computer science, programming, or related field.
• 3 years e2 e2 experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and development, and enterprise application support. (ERP/CRM)
• 3 years' experience in the field.
