EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Senior IT Consultant / Project Manager to join in Athens or work remotely. You will oversee software implementation and maintenance projects, coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery, with a focus on stakeholder communication and quality assurance.

The role requires a University degree in CS/Software Engineering, 2+ years PM experience on e-Government projects, 3+ years BA in web development, and strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Prince2, and ITIL, plus

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of PM experience on e-Government projects.
• At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience on web development projects.
• Hands-on development/maintenance in web projects in the government sector.
• Good knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Prince2, and ITIL.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the project's time plans and quality plans; coordinate implementation/maintenance teams; elaborate status reports.
